Understanding the mechanism and characteristics of rigid urethane [Technical materials available].

High insulation performance, durability, lightweight properties, and many other characteristics are created! Explanation of characteristics and benefits.

This document includes the characteristics of "rigid polyurethane," which is formed through a chemical reaction when mixing two raw materials: polyol and isocyanate. It provides detailed explanations about properties and benefits, materials, thickness, and more. Additionally, the procedures for molding rigid polyurethane are also introduced. Please take a look at Hermes' commitment to "manufacturing." 【Contents (partial)】 ■ Characteristics of rigid polyurethane ■ Benefits of rigid polyurethane ■ About materials ■ About thickness ■ About dimensional tolerances *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Rigid polyurethane and environmental issues

We have been addressing environmental issues! We have introduced high-pressure injection machines that do not require cleaning agents.

We will introduce hard polyurethane and environmental issues. Our company has been addressing environmental issues for some time now. We have introduced high-pressure injection machines that do not require cleaning agents and have been using raw materials that do not use freon (specific freon alternative freon) as a foaming agent. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Our Initiatives】 ■ Introduction of high-pressure injection machines that do not require cleaning agents ■ Use of raw materials that do not use freon as a foaming agent *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Hard polyurethane treatment and dioxin issue

Among the raw materials for rigid polyurethane, those that contain chlorine are freon and flame retardants!

We will introduce the hard polyurethane treatment and the dioxin issue. Dioxins are primarily generated as by-products during combustion processes such as waste incineration and the manufacturing processes of organochlorine chemicals, with municipal waste incinerators identified as a major source. Among the raw materials for hard polyurethane, chlorinated substances include fluorocarbons and flame retardants; however, the raw materials we use do not contain either of these. [Our Initiatives] ■ The raw materials we use do not contain fluorocarbons or flame retardants. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
